DAY 01: Arrival in Srinagar | Mughal Gardens Sightseeing | Shikara Ride

On arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative and transfer to your houseboat.

In the afternoon, proceed for sightseeing of the famous Mughal Gardens of Srinagar:

• Chashme Shahi (The Royal Spring): Built in 1632 by Ali Mardan Khan under Emperor Shah Jahan, this garden is renowned for its refreshing natural spring water, believed to have medicinal properties.
• Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Bliss): Designed by Asaf Khan in 1633, this beautiful terraced garden overlooks Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains as its backdrop.
• Shalimar Bagh (The Abode of Love): The largest Mughal garden in Kashmir, created by Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jahan. Its flowing canals and Chinar-lined lawns make it a visual delight.

In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride (1 hour) on the serene waters of Dal Lake, exploring floating gardens and the local lifestyle.

DAY 02: Excursion to Gulmarg (54 km / 2 hrs one way)

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day trip to Gulmarg, famously known as the “Meadow of Flowers.”

En route, pass through the scenic town of Tangmarg. Upon arrival in Gulmarg, enjoy:

• A thrilling ride on the Gulmarg Gondola (Phase 1 included in package) – one of the world’s highest cable cars.
• Optional activities such as golfing, or visits to Rani Temple, St. Mary’s Church, and Gulmarg Golf Course (on direct payment basis).

Return to Srinagar by evening.

DAY 03: Excursion to Pahalgam (92 km / 3 hrs one way)

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Pahalgam, also known as “The Valley of Shepherds.”

En route, visit:

• Saffron fields & local saffron market at Pampore
• Apple orchards and a cricket bat factory famous for Kashmiri willow bats

In Pahalgam, explore:

• Aru Valley and Betaab Valley (included in the package)
• Optional: Horse riding or visits to Baisaran, Kashmir Valley, and Waterfall Point (on direct payment basis).

Return to Srinagar by evening.

DAY 04: Excursion to Sonmarg (89 km / 2.5 hrs one way)

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day trip to Sonmarg, meaning “Meadow of Gold.”

The drive offers spectacular views of villages, rivers, and snow-capped mountains. At Sonmarg, you can visit the beautiful Thajiwas Glacier (approx. 4 km from the main town) by pony ride (on direct payment basis).

Return to Srinagar by evening.

DAY 05: Excursion to Doodhpathri & Yusmarg (Full Day Trip)

After breakfast, leave for an exciting day exploring Doodhpathri and Yusmarg, two lesser-known but incredibly beautiful valleys of Kashmir.

• Doodhpathri (Valley of Milk): Located 42 km from Srinagar, this bowl-shaped valley is covered with lush green meadows and pine forests. The name “Doodhpathri” comes from the milky appearance of the water flowing through the meadows.
• Yusmarg: Surrounded by dense pine forests and snow-capped peaks, Yusmarg offers peaceful pastures and breathtaking scenery – perfect for nature lovers and photographers.

Return to Srinagar by evening.

DAY 06: Departure from Srinagar

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey with sweet memories of Kashmir.
