DAY 1: Arrival in Colombo – Transfer to Sigiriya

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport (Colombo). Meet and greet by local representative. Drive to Sigiriya (approx. 4–5 hrs). En route visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient Buddha statues and rock paintings. Check in at your Sigiriya hotel. Evening at leisure or optional village safari tour in Hiriwadunna. Overnight: Sigiriya

DAY 2: Sigiriya – Polonnaruwa – Kandy

Early morning climb the famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress, also known as “Lion Rock.” Breakfast at hotel and check-out. Visit Polonnaruwa, the ancient capital of Sri Lanka (another UNESCO site). Explore the Royal Palace, Gal Vihara, and other ruins. Proceed to Kandy (approx. 3 hrs). En route visit a Spice Garden in Matale to learn about local spices. Evening: visit Temple of the Tooth Relic (Dalada Maligawa) and enjoy a Kandyan Cultural Dance Show. Overnight: Kandy

DAY 3: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast at hotel and check-out.  Visit Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens, home to over 4,000 plant species. Proceed to Nuwara Eliya (approx. 3 hrs), also known as "Little England." En route visit a Tea Plantation and Factory to learn the art of tea making and enjoy a tasting. Visit Gregory Lake, Victoria Park, and Seetha Amman Temple (from the Ramayana Trail). Overnight: Nuwara Eliya

DAY 4: Nuwara Eliya – Yala

Breakfast at hotel and check-out. Drive to Yala National Park (approx. 5 hrs). En route stop at Ramboda Waterfalls and enjoy scenic mountain landscapes. Arrive in Yala and check-in. Evening free for relaxation or optional visit to Kataragama Temple, one of Sri Lanka’s holiest sites. Overnight: Yala

DAY 5: Yala National Park Safari – Bentota

Early morning Jeep Safari in Yala National Park – famous for leopards, elephants, crocodiles, and exotic birdlife. Return to hotel for breakfast and check-out. Proceed to Bentota (approx. 5 hrs). Check-in at your beach resort. Evening at leisure by the beach. Overnight: Bentota

DAY 6: Bentota Sightseeing & Leisure

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery – learn about sea turtle conservation. Enjoy a Madu River Boat Safari through mangroves and small islands. Optional water sports (jet skiing, banana boat ride, windsurfing) or simply relax at the beach. Overnight: Bentota

DAY 7: Bentota – Colombo

Breakfast at hotel and check-out. Drive to Colombo (approx. 2 hrs). Half-day Colombo City Tour covering: Galle Face Green, Independence Square, Old Parliament, BMICH, and Gangaramaya Temple. Shopping at Odel, Marino Mall, or House of Fashion. Evening free for nightlife or dining by the sea. Overnight: Colombo

DAY 8: Departure

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure.
